This important step creates the foundation for your swimmer’s journey with us, ensuring we provide the best possible experience both in and out of the pool. Your registration helps us know your swimmer better so we can place them in the right group, keep them safe, and coach them to become champions in swimming and in life.

What gear will your swimmer need to make waves?
Required Equipment: • Team suit (available through links below) • Goggles (2 pairs recommended) • Fairhope HEAT swim cap (provided with registration) • Water bottle Optional Equipment (If you have it!): • Training fins • Kickboard • Pull buoy • Mesh equipment bag

What do other HEAT families often ask before diving in?
When are registration fees due? Payment is required at the time of registration unless you pay by check or cash. Checks & cash are due at first practice. What if I don't know my swimmer's ability level? No problem! We'll assess all new swimmers during the first week. How do I know which practice group is right?Age groups are determined by age as of December 1, 2025. Coaches will make adjustments based on ability.
